Thanks to the creation of the OmicronPsy super-computer, management of the city's day to say functions are automated and efficient. But peace never lasts long. The OmicronPsy goes awry and the computers revolt. During the ensuing battle, both the Emperor Jarad and his loyal robot Zeus are transported back in time.
