Note: We would prefer all figure and toy pre-orders to be placed separately on our site apart from orders for other types of merchandise. This will allow us to track your figure pre-order(s) individually in our system, and will  allow the store to properly calculate your correct shipping charge. We thank you in advance! Figure pre-orders are not cancelable. Due to manufacturer delays, problems in customs clearance, and unreliable quantity commitments from Japanese toy distributors, all toy pre-orders will be filled on a first come first served basis. We will allocate the best quality (mint condition if possible) stock to pre-order customers before offering the item for general sale. We will [OPEN] an item to advanced ordering at our discretion for a limited time several weeks prior to it's expected arrival, and will close it to advanced orders once 80% of our total stock expectation has been allocated to pre-orders. Once the item arrives and is in stock, we will fill advanced orders and offer the remaining stock for general order on our site if there is any left. Should we not receive enough stock to fill all advanced orders, we will fill whatever orders we can in the order they were placed and the remaining orders will be canceled. Allocations and shortages are very common for popular figures and toys, and are out of our control so please pre-order early if you want the best chance of having your reservation filled.
