Eastern and Western Japan have split apart and formed two separate warring nations.

In this "idiot adult's world," many issues press on society. Gods of the world, especially the tengu, influenced the start and end of the events that lead to the split and war. Because of that, tengu Mozuku wants to end this idiotic war that the adults started. With his older twin brother, Shinonome, he meets with the God of the West, Sai.

Also included in this volume is a second story, Zanouka, about the former incarnations of Mozuku and Shinonome.
