Great animation quality with plenty of fighting every episode. Ryu leaves the island of Mikuni to visit his old training partner Ken in America. The tow hit the city to celebrate. Ken upsets a group of military men by flirting with one of their girlfriends, and a bar room brawl ensues. When all of the soldiers appear to have been defeated, a mysterious challenger enters. After Ryu is knocked unconscious, Ken decides he will go to the military base to find Guile. The outcome leaves both Ken and Ryu humbled, yet inspired. They decide to embark on a global training journey to strengthen their skills. The two are confident of their strength, but now realize there are many other powerful fighters in the world. |
